Gaetan has transformed businesses for industry leaders Ecolab, International Paper and Kodak and with private equity leaders Pfingsten Partners, CI Capital Partners and AEA Investors.
Gaetan led several businesses for Ecolab to transform the company from a $1.7B industrial specialty chemical company to a $13.0B global leader in facility management, food safety, water and energy. He is a proven leader transforming high-performing businesses having run companies from $30M to $300M with more than 1,100 employees to achieve over 20% EBITDA and 10x multiples.
As a Corporate Officer and Executive Vice President, Mr. Lambiase has transformed private B2B companies to become industry leaders of Fortune 500 companies and the highest performers for private equity funds. He has led businesses in over 50 countries in Asia, Europe and Latin America living in Singapore, London and Miami.
